By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility & Participation

To qualify, participants must:

• Book a guided, no-pressure real estate consultation with Faris Team during the Barrie Women’s Show weekend (January 24–25, 2026), by either:
  • Booking at the Faris Team booth at the event; or
  • Booking through the dedicated event booking link/QR code provided by Faris Team.

Additional eligibility requirements:

• Participants must be Ontario residents aged 18 years or older.
• Limit one Zen Home-Finding Package per household.
• Faris Team employees, affiliated vendors, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
• No purchase is necessary to participate.

2. Offer Details

Eligible participants may receive the following items as part of the Zen Home-Finding Package (total value up to $300):

• $50 Spa Gift Basket (approximate value): Provided at the time of booking while quantities last.
• $250 Vetta Spa Gift Card: Provided after the booked consultation has been completed, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Notes:

• Quantities of the spa gift baskets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
• All promotional items are while supplies last and subject to availability.
• Approximate retail values are estimates and may vary.

3. Consultation Definition & Completion Requirements

A “consultation” is defined as a guided real estate consultation with a Faris Team Sales Partner, completed either in person or virtually within the agreed booking timeframe.

• The $250 Vetta Spa gift card is issued only after the consultation is completed.
• Missed, cancelled, or no-show consultations do not qualify for the $250 Vetta Spa gift card.
• If a consultation is rescheduled, eligibility for the $250 Vetta Spa gift card remains subject to completion within a reasonable timeframe, as determined by Faris Team.

4. Offer Validity Window

To qualify for this promotion:

• Bookings must be made between January 24–25, 2026 (Barrie Women’s Show weekend).
• The $50 spa gift basket (if available) is provided at the time of booking during the validity window.
• The $250 Vetta Spa gift card is provided after completion of the booked consultation.
• All qualifying consultations must be completed on or before February 28, 2026.

5. Fulfillment & Delivery

Fulfillment terms:

• The spa gift basket (if available) is provided in person at the time of booking while supplies last.
• The $250 Vetta Spa gift card will be delivered electronically or physically within a reasonable timeframe following completion of the consultation, at Faris Team’s discretion.
• Participants may be required to provide accurate contact information for fulfillment purposes.
• Faris Team is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the participant.

6. Important Disclosures

• This offer is not contingent on entering into a buyer representation agreement, listing agreement, or completing a real estate transaction.
• This offer may not be combined with any other Faris Team promotions, incentives, or offers.
• All promotional items are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged for cash or other products/services.
• Any applicable tax implications associated with receiving promotional items are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Right to Modify or Discontinue

Faris Team reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue this promotion (or any part of it) at any time without notice, including due to fraud, technical issues, inventory constraints, or any other reason deemed necessary by Faris Team.

8. Privacy

Personal data collected through this promotion will be used by Faris Team for offer fulfillment and internal marketing purposes, in accordance with Faris Team’s privacy policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or related to this promotion will be resolved under Ontario law.
